So no, you're never going to see a 23, 20, 20, 20, 20...but it's always possible you might see that 21, 17, 17, 19, 20. For most of us, though, taking a stat few points from perfect (rollable) is plenty competitive though. Statistically, perfect rollable stats are indeed possible by definition.

If you knew that already I apologize, I just see a lot of confusion between the two.
