The Lyceum is a place with tons and tons of information about Carrion Fields. Background/Character History, you name it. It's located behind the Inn of the Eternal Star. Make your way to the Inn and then to the Bar. Head southwestish and follow the path. You'll recognize it once you see it, just be very observant. [i.e. read everything.]

Once you get there you won't be able to enter much of the area, because you need to be vouched. Contact anyone that is in Troupe and ask them to vouch you into the Lyceum. Then, just stroll around and look at everything, it's pretty cut and dry. You'll have to be a little more specific with certain things, like "look index" (of a book) but it says that, just need to be observant.

Anyway, good luck. If you have any further questions even after this overview ask a trouper in game. It's always nice to know a trouper, they're fun to be around.

Zepachu.

The Lyceum is southwestish from the Bar within the Inn of the Eternal Star. There's a ton of information there.
