Everything else has been said except that you're on to something with this comment. Most of these people that you're killing 1 on 1 are not newbies. They're just less skilled than you. Everything you said you do is the right thing to do. Now, you only have to dedicate two or three more years of your life to mastering the game ... Seriously. (Go, you! :P) But, even then, there will always be people worse than you (your so called "newbies") and always people better than you. Try to remember: 1. Always respect the abilities of the other guy. You do this, every time, and you won't die to newbies, and you just might kill the elite that didn't respect you.

2. Keep in mind, no matter how incompetent you are, all you have to do is be just a little bit better on that particular day than the other guy. Think of it like the Raiders-49ers game last week. The Raiders played a crap game, but it didn't matter, because the 49ers blew it and played that much more like crap (note: still a great game down to the end). It might have been ugly win for the Raiders, but in the end, it's still a win, Baby.
