I had never specially spent time to practice it.
Just from time to time if I see I have full mana I do "lore 1." 3-5 times.
It took half of my life to perfect lore.
And another half to get rid of that lore habit. :-)

Btw you do not need to perfect it.
91% would give you all info you need.
Just do lore several more times to verify information.
