A) With 'locate mark' you can go to any guildmaster and pay a large amount of money to find where they are.

B) You will ALWAYS see them if they are in the same room. Always.
--If you look through skills(especially rangers, you will see how this is very handy)

C) The helpfile says that, 'Marked prey cannot be assassinated.'
