My point is that the membership infrastructure simply nolonger exists in cabals to create new "skilled" and "intimidating" pkers. It is easier to learn the ropes, when you have a few people to back you up, and a few people against you from 1 or two sides, than when you are the only one on your side against 14-15 pks that will kill you.

Likewise, it is equally difficult to learn the ropes of becoming intimidating when you are one of 14 in your pk that WONT attack each other, and when there is only one or two in your pk that you can attack.

The infrastructure has simply changed. And this new infrastructure, of either having 14 enemies, or 14 allies (rarely a middle-ground) produces a different kind of player than the "intimidating elite". It creates people who are either really really poor at pk, or are really really good at evading mobs.
