Well simple explaination. A long long time ago on a mud not so far away. People used to get inside a cabal, and sit there through a crash or log off (not sure about that). So when they came back on they would be able to raid by already being inside. Or be able to attack cabal members etc. So the reason you go to limbo is so am imm can confirm that you werent hovering inside the cabal for bad reasons.

Then you get sent back to Kansas.
