I mean if a paladin EMP by Shokai decides he rather become a battle rager, what would happen?

what if a rager assassin asks the battle ragers imms if he can "hop" to Empire Cabal to act as a spy?
would the Empire imms know?

then take blood oath and be inducted into Empire?
then kills everyone? and be reinducted into battle?
