Why is the empire never have the numbers it should? This is a decision of the playerbase, and partially the responsibility of the Empire leadership. The mortal leaders aren't around that much (at least when I play), and their enemy cabals are strong right now. Also, when other cabals induct too easily, it takes away from Empire's "quick entry" appeal, and I'd argue that this is the case now. Why are ragers, the supposed underdogs, not have a limit on how many people they can have in their cabal? No cabal does. Ragers under doing quite well under Tarakh right now, and applicants flock to that kind of success. Sad, but true. Even if they induct the normal percentage of applicants, if a lot of players want to play their Rager character, Battle will have numbers. They seem either heavily populated or not at all. This is true of many cabals. Ragers get a lot of flack for it, but look around a bit more. Why do some of the classes that can be sylvan have to get inducted by imms, lets say for instance warriors? I can see a warrior defending the forest, quite well actually. I can't. I can see warriors killing defilers, but part of Sylvan's roleplay (ideally) is to care to support nature. Warriors do not have skills reflecting a closeness with nature, nor can they aid creatures that need it. Then again, I've never seen why Sylvan invokers are kosher. (Fireballs? Magic/nature dichotomy?) > Why must you master many spells to enter masters? I of course see them as elite mages, but i don't know 15 spells worthwhile perfecting by rank 20 on a conjie. Where did you get that 15 number? Anyway, "Help Master" provides an obvious answer- they're a group of studious types. It's a pretty straightforward RP connection.
