I hope this isnt going to be too much of a rant - but I do agree to a point. If the leader isnt doing what you want, you could if its another villager not doing what he should then mass uninducting sucks (even when you do re-induct some). remember all the players are spending buckets of hours on their characters and they are interacting with the rest of the village - they are NOT interacting with the immortals (seems very few get the chance) because they arent visible and theres no way the imms are its a game - people play for fun - dont ruin it or the playerbase will decrease. Im not playing battle or cf at the moment, just watching from the sidelines.
There are better ways to handle whatever the imms are trying to acheive that would be more acceptable and more enjoyable for everyone.
a) try talking with him
b) talk to one of the villagers you think would make a better leader and get him to challenge the current leadership
c) force the rites
d) jump on as one of the veterans and start questioning whats going on
a) talk to that villager
b) talk to the leader, and let the leader do as he may (my preference)
uninducting people for reasonably lame excuses sucks - especially when its a small lapse in what has been generally a good villager.
watching everything a character does. Basically if you arent going to be taking a frequent visible active role in the cabal then I dont think you should be popping up to do uninductions etc... thats what a leader should be doing.
