Alright I have not tried an arcane yet, Riebold is my first transmuter..
BUT I can see an Arcane transmuter being VERY good.
All it takes is some preparation and thought, if you watch you will see quite a few shifters fighting out of form. You just need to learn some tactics and items to use.
In my opinion an Imperial, Sylvan, or Master, in that order depending on the tactics you wish to use.
Shifters are far more useful against ragers, which is why I must put Masters at the end of the list.
Roll one up and give it a try if you want, I really think it could be a powerful force.
