Arbiter1-I've seen this person more often in guilds that aren't his than in the guild that is. He's not in there to investigate, I know 'cause he's the only one in there on most occassions.

Arbiters2-I also saw in a guild that wasn't his.

Arbiter1-Also flagged me for a crime I did not commit. There was no yell, there were no witnesses and I swear on my testicles that there was no crime. I didn't attack Lelana in Galadon, but I got the flag anyhow. Del and Pel killed Lelana, I didn't touch the bitch.

Arbiter1-Also left after he died once. If he lost his gear fine, if he didn't he's a sorry bastard for leaving to avoid having it taken by the 5 or 6 hero level criminals. Puss.
