Its a good enough location and the masters cabal has been on a river for a long time now and there have not been too many water majors really and it should not imbalance things too much and the part for summoning, well there is a way out. Don't worry about it, it's fine.

Also, the cabal itself is very nice to defend in. Norecall, noteleport, and from being a rager after they lost it being nomagic, I believe spellbane works better inside as well (I think an Imm said it did). And as far as locations, ragers have city and woods nearby for all their classes to use, sylvan have an area for their things to be used, Masters have...a river...that water majors are restricted to (Step to the golem, and that shark can only snarl in frustration), and how are you going to get summoned on the river w/o a boat, unless you had one to get into the river in the first place? Masters and Ragers have *no* restrictions on their powers, unlike many cabals, and each have put their cabal HQ in an area their classes can benifit from.
-Taithin. (Who doesn't mind ragers as a whole, but damnit, against half the playerbase, they slaughter everyone. They don't need any improvements at the moment, and if you *really* want the cabal moved, make a Rager, and petition the Rager Leader/Imms to pack up the Village and move it. You really think it's that hard to stake out new tents, compared to moving that entire damned Tower Masters have to lug around?)
