Judging based upon where you can gate and summon from.

The mainland. (Galdon, Ofcol, All the way to the Blight in the north... HM and the Araile desert.

Arkham's continent.
Seantryn Modan's continent.
The Past.

Then there are several other areas that are not connected to these places... by this I mean you can't get in out by gating or summoning. But these aren't continents, they are buildings or smaller caves etc.
