Where the fuck did you hear that fire giants and drow were vulnerable to holy? Cloud giants and Duergar are vulnerable to holy (wrath). No other races. None. Zero. Note, I said races. There are definitely ways (I know of one in particular, but there might be more, which is why I use the plural) to gain a vulnerability to wrath, but as a race, just rolled, no actions in place, only Cloud giants and Duergar are vulnerable to holy. So your argument, by and large, is negated by the simple point that you don't have your facts straight.
You make up for it somewhat by saying that empire is weak, but that's due to poor leadership, not bad powers. Empire has had the same powers for quite a while, and they've had big numbers before with those powers. But you've got all sorts of ragers and sylvans who are probably played by ex-imperial-players, lending yourself to an imbalance in power. Too bad. A while back, you couldn't level a char to 35th (or higher) w/o taking the bloodoath if you were evil, because everyone in your f'in range was Imperial.
