Sacrificing gives you +100 hp/mana, but there is a catch, in pantheon the majority of races have 21+ constitution and alot more hp, spells do alot more, therefor in Cf ratio, I would say +75-85hp/mana, also this only lasts for a certain period of time, around 15-25 minutes... though sacrifice all ten, and your a beast.
