The more and more I hear about Jaldean getting the boot the more and more it sounds like a political-interpersonal reason than any failure to contribute. Look at his good-bye note. Very calm and professional, but it was deleted. Why? I mean, look at the log. How ironic is it that he gets invited to a wedding while getting the boot because he "wasn’t interacting enough". Not only did he do 2 good areas but he was a well-liked and respected IMM. He didn’t cheat, was well liked by the players, and did a good job. And who booted him? Astein and Bria? Oh yeah, these two are telling someone they're not building the cabal enough? All Astein ever does is intimidate and bully arbiters and make people avoid him and not play arbiters again (thereby weakening the cabal) and he gets promoted to 55 while Jaldean gets booted? Even if you agree with the validity of Asteins RP, his methods harm the cabal. Why are they encouraged? All this accomplished is that potential IMMs will be a little more wary of putting the effort into becoming an IMM for fear of having all their hard work go for nothing.
