Don't be a whackoff. There are multiple answers.. it comes down to who is better. Ex: I'm sure most people would say duergar warrior in the 20-31. I'd put a human conjie against a duerg warrior in that range any day of the week... against the warrior, or against the world in general. Yet most human conjies suck.. so do most duergar warriors. There are(not quite) infinate possibilities. Obviously a non-master trannie is going to suck it up until they get hold/halt and their first form... obviously a thief is going to suck it up after knife isn't supreme but before they can get enhanced and more than two attacks. Etc etc etc.
