I haven't really read all the posts in this thread, so this may have been mentioned already. Now I will speak for everyone here loosely. Everyone likes to talk and oft complain about things that they do and it isn't realistic for me or anyone to go over to some CF buds houses to hang, hence the forum. Hell they may live in Singapore. Now since everyone spends a considerable amount of time in this game and on the forum, they are going to build up friendships and make bonds with other players either through the game, irc, forum, etc. Now take this example. Say for instance that Jafarlin played little league when he was a tot, and let's say he played for a couple of years. Let's say Jafarlin thought the coach sucked and always peed in his thermos during the 7th inning stretch, so he quits after those few years of playing. Jafarlin is going to still want to hang around with his friends from little league, even if it means he has to go to the little league games to do so. Yeah maybe Jafarlin should do something more productive than going to the games telling his friends not to drink the water after the 7th inning, but hey he is only 10. So why does The Arcane, et al. still read and post to the forum? Maybe because this is the only way they can still chat and discuss with their friends, even if it is still about little league err CF. FACT: Jafarlin never played little league so it possibly makes this example less credible. -Jafarlin
