This is a general response to the trend of posts lately, not just to English-Shmenglish boy.

What immortals are not:

-They are not a governing body that needs to justify internal (which imms get the boot, which imms get promoted) decisions to the playerbase.

-They are not saints that are to be used as role models to your children on how to be a good and moral person.

-They are not people that aren't allowed to play mortals. (work with me and my double negative) They play mortals, and most of them seem to genuinely try to separate their immortal and mortal knowledge. I'd say the elite players do things much more efficiently by pooling their info and their multiple characters in CF. The average immortal is at least trying to separate info and spending a lot of their energy maintaining the game.

-They are not gods in real life (well, I don't think they are). They are, however, gods on CF. They are also the people in charge of CF and therefor make decisions that we have no power over.

-They are no longer Cador or Gareth. Stop bashing this batch because of past imm mistakes.

-They are not required to break character and hold your hand and explain exact reasons they're doing things to your character. It's a roleplaying game and they're roleplaying gods.

Those of you who enjoy CF, play the game. Those of you who no longer enjoy CF, don't play the game. If you're all really going to make another mud together (like Mr. Sacer said), then go make it. I wouldn't think it's very mud imp professional to linger on another mud's forum and take uninformed pot shots at how they're running their game.
