I will tell you how they feel.
No Immortal likes MUD full of practicing robots. Though some of them can be quite smart (ie Jullia bot).
Side note - you can easily spend 400 hours practicing (svirf invoker).

If Imms catch you using triggers to practice while you are absent they will at least disconnect you. Or do some more serious shit (probation,deny,ban).

In CF 'many hours practice' is almost fucking required for most classes. Sometimes Immortals make it even worse (shapeshift).

My advice if you want to do trigger practicing:
Make triggers so your char can work on your skills automatically but keep an eye on him. Check him up occasionally. Do not go AFK. Browse Internat, chat on IRC, what ever. Just do not go out for a long time.
Also make some triggers to notify you/stop spamming in case of something unusual.
Log your practice. You can always delete file after.
