I posted this awhile ago... If you searched for "nerve" you would have found it... more specifically "nerve zepachu"...

You can effect four bodyparts and with each successful nerve strike on those bodyparts a stat is effected for (about) 2 hours. (3 ticks)

Forearm strike: -2dex
Kidneys strike: -2con
Knee strike: -2dex
Shoulder strike: -2str

-Zep.

> ...they both have their uses indeed. Throw/Ground Control and Nerve are very easy to master. After they're mastered you can easily hit for EVISCERATES with the throw and MANGLES with the ground control. So basically you can hit on average a *** demo ***. Although many classes will be able to "roll out of it"... I suggest using it in battle. Be sure to caltrap then kote/kanset first, though. By then all you're going to want to do is keep them in the room... trip, kick, throw... Try throwing first... if you land it, you'll want to use it a lot. Experimentation is key with an assassin.

> Nerve is useful, also... Let's say you're in a battle with a sword spec warrior, you caltrap, break his wrist, and kansetsuwaza... yet he has +str gear and still wields that one sword and is still parrying you like a fool. Throw won't work too well, trip won't do anything, etc... Throw in a nerve or two and it may disarm that sword. Nerve certainly has it's uses, it's just very low on the priority scale.

> The way to fight as an assassin is to draw out the battle as long as you possibly can, time is on your sword. With every passing round you can do things to wittle away at your opponent. You should always begin with caltraps... it's very reliable and reduces the target's dexterity. kotegaeshi should follow. By this time you have a few quick choices off the top of your head... kansetsuwaza, poisonsmoke, blindnessdust, nerve...
