For most body parts the above equals AC 25 25 25 20. Some pieces of armor cover a large part of the body (e.g. that chain mail shirt on your torso), for these the "Armor" ratings are first multiplied (by 2 or 3, depending where it's worn), before the "Affects armor class" is added to get the total AC reduction. So the above as a mail shirt would be AC 55 55 55 40. No damage reduction.
