I noticed in the motd that it says the shields were modified, I read the help and I see that an invoker can only have one up at a time now? Is this the change?

I have just come back to cf after about a 5-6 year absence, and from reading former posts on this forum it seems invokers have been getting the shaft quite a bit *chuckles*. Oh well. Just curious about the shields.
