I would suggest you train HP. I always made sure all my stats was at max, keept a single training session for the con, should I die (Not likely).
My reasons for this was that very very often when I logged on the Orb would be at the village and I would start with a retrival. Then the extra hp will help you. When transformed, those extra mana will not keep you alive should you be ganged by ragers, there is just to much pag on vamperic to make it posible. That said, you can expect to kill alot with a necro-master, so much it actually becomes boring to play. The only time I died was when I decided to raid with only mummy and a golem and didn't feel like getting flying potions or the wand you have to walk for.
