Yes, I have had (and, actually, continue to) the same problems: I see people coming and go, while I remain somewhat stagnat. But joining the cabal is *much* more easy than to stay in the main stream. Usually it takes me about 4 hours to write an application, speak (if required) with one or two elders, and finally induct to the cabal of my choice. If 3 days in a row 8 hours each isn't enough for you, then you definately have problems. Or maybe you're too unexperienced to join the cabal you want yet?
