Arbiter's begin using lawyor speech and mannorism's early on in their education to protect them from their own guilt from smacking a character down with the guards and looting the corpse. This usually happens when a legal but unjust flag is given. The most common answer to "I will turn myself in if you (extraction of promise)" is generally met with silence. This is NOT an implied yes. The question never existed as far as the arbiter/lawyer is concerned. Their response is "I will be in Galadon, should you wish to do the right thing". This means "I will smack you down and loot your corpse". It does not mean, "I have heard and accepted your demands". In closing, as with lawyers it is what isn't said that is more important at times when speaking to an arbiter.

This was stated with tongue firmly in cheek. If only I could remember the storm paladin hero arb that perfected this a couple of years ago. Kal something?
