The most powerful? I think the Pendulum is swinging towards the masters now, due to good leadership, and numbers. Ragers are almost non-existant, Imperials and Arbiters following closeby with dwindling numbers. Sylvan's are in force, there are quite a few scarabs about, more than it used to be, in my opinion.
