I'll say this about the confusion darts: I think it would be basically impossible to tell what they do on a mob, but that 'confusion' in CF is almost always the same sort of affect. Try assassinating someone without using a weapon - if you get a major hit, you'll get a message about them being confused, and you can probably figure out what it did to them.

Most people don't really use poisondarts, and I never really used them either, mostly because I could never get the skill to go up, and at 75% about 1 in 20 darts ever worked for me :P

As far as disarm goes, I never bothered practicing it. But I'm lazy, I guess.
