It does. With that answered let me explain something about this as well. Hand to Hand will help you should the frost-fingers fall. Also, notice how you parry with frost-fingers on ? It is like an instant weapon for the invoker, and a very good one. Another feature with frost-fingers is that the frost-sphere spells will be more effective with frostfingers on. Let me see, did I forget anything ? Og Yea, Nova and fire-finger (or what ever the name is, I just can't recall) will also give you a more powerfull nova.
