Liches are only as powerful as the players behind them. I also believe that the player base learned a lot from Zorszaul and won't allow the same mistakes to happen twice. As far as I know Zorszaul is still around as well. Add into the fact Leika hunts them regularly as well. Still it will be interesting to see what happens.
