You can use a Laptop/wireless connection and voice-software...Circuit City(or any comp. store) has the Laptop, and software, the wireless modem part is either from a mobile phone, or a very expensive wireless modem...

Only problems are...sell phones cut out unless you are driveing through and area with alot of towers to link you, and ,being computer illiterate, learning to use the software might take awhile...My Laptop/Moblie phone works great around town, but Interstate driveing drove me crazy with all the dis-connects...I like the park.

But you pretty much had the idea yourself...
