You get to pick three things:

1. Shape focus, or Arcane focus.

2. (if you take shape focus) You pick a major form type. Ex. Offensive (You do NOT get to pick boar/wolf or later...tiger/ram/lion....that is random.)

3. You pick a minor form type: Ex. Water
(same applies here...you don't get to choose which exact form you get...you just get to choose the focus)
