getting rid of tesseract.
making guilds nosummon (how bad did it suck to be a rager when mages could summon you out of the guilds but you could never get into theirs)

change needed to be made the most...
exp penalties revisited, it would be nice to have a fair pk range being an elf (and be able to find similar ranked groupmates a bit easier for that matter). You have new classes and skills and spells removed that directly affect races - eg charm resist.. who cares - but exp penalties to my knowledge have never been altered (hmm maybe duergar were once?).
