I understand the RP (ideally) Bloodoath...bending citizens to their mold. But realistically...is this power roleplayed at all? I talked to a imperial today who was swearing because he couldn't cast spells now since he got turned...Seems to me a charecter either, A. has no clue what's going on and gets bloodoathed. The poor newbie is lost, confused, and wondering why they have lost their spells and may be inclined to forget even trying the game further, or B. has a charecter they don't know what to do with and figure they can get into the Empire easy.

For a game with mandatory roleplay, why is Empire exempt from it? Seriously.
