Hello guys, thank you for your answers.

First of all, I am sorry for my language and grammar mistakes. I couldn't find anyone online to check spelling - my patience is limited (yes, this is my fault). I just woke up and just cannot wait to bring result of my sleepless night here.

Pre-history.

This night I was lying in my bed (my mind, my life and my soulf to CF?),
thinking hard of the pen skill and other (lack of) creativity in CF. And I think
I analyzed answers, perhaps even found a solution.

Result.

How to avoid disbalance and overpower? By setting restrictions. Here is a list
of possible restrictions:

1. You must have 100% perfected spell and pen skil. (It could be not standart
pen skill, for example, it could be named "alchemy").

2. You must have paper and pen of best quality.

3. You can't write scrolls, that needs a specializatoin (such as duo dimension,
conjuring, power work kill, unholy blessing, quick sand, conglatiation, and many
other, which I just cannot recall at the moment). Communes or cabal powres, even
master's (which are spells) cannot be written down. Also, I think scrolls with
aura, barrier and shield cannot be copied, though it would be good help for
rangers an bards (thieves can use scrolls, by the way? *snort*).

4. As highter level spell, the harder it's to write down, even for a master of
making scrolls.

5. If you are making copy from the scroll and fail, both scrolls is ruined (or
have chances to be ruined both) - and blank paper, and original. In character
it explains like this: when you are making copy of the scroll, you must repeat
each rune as it is written in original. So, you must put your blank paper on the
original and carefully write it.

6. And reason, how to avoid strong disbalance and unlimited copies of the spell:
let's say, making copy of the scroll takes a time (another words, lags you for
a while, maybe same way as requesting do), and as highter scroll did you wrote
down or copied, the longer time you will be drained and unable to make another
scroll.
As example, if you just made a scroll of recall (28 level if I am not mistaken),
you cannot make another copy for a while. I think it could be 14 hours (28 level
/2 = 14).
Spell geyser, level 44 (I don't remember exactly) will cause a delay for 22
hours.
Maybe this is not long enough delay.

And I don't think you need to waste any mana on writing a scroll - lagging and
delay is enough.

I would be glad to see your answers - I am sure I missed something... but what?
