Not trying to claim credit where I'm not due but this is almost exactly the analogy I gave for the Tower once. It was easy to compare the necromancer and anti-paladins (at the time) to Nazi doctors with little to no scruples of using human test subjects. While a good mage in the Tower might be opposed to the methods, he can see beyond the methods to the possible end and the resultant uses, thereby able to justify the extreme measures taken... Of course, I also compared Sylvan to a more militant Greenpeace so I probably need to be slapped for that one. Harlequin
