(Sorry about posting so much at once, just got killed and blowing off steam). Charisma has been increasing it's influence as a stat for some time (I'm looking at you bards and conjurors). I assume you're referring to the factor that charisma plays in morale, but from what I've seen so far it's only one factor. Will charima become a factor in rolling now? I would think yeah, but not a defining one. Given time and a few beers I'm sure the Staff will come up with a few things that being ugly will help with (maybe demons dig pug fugly conjurors). What I am waiting for, being a no-talent a-hole, is not all the beautiful people, but ways to make them ugly. There are a lot of existing skills/spells/supps which can be tweaked to impact charisma, and that, my friend is going to be my shiny new toy for Christmas (I hope).
