Speaking of charisma, while that is a real factor from real life, the implementation isn't realistic. The fact that everyone whose charisma matters for something (conjurers, bards, etc) has high charisma seems rather unrealistic. Hasn't there ever been an ugly bard? is every bard "successful" enough to have a high charisma? The only way to really "fix" this is to make it a random stat. But then, people will just re-roll til they get the high roll. So, I can't offer a solution, merely pointing out that explaining the realism of charisma isn't really accurate.
