My group told me to pray for my clothes(and they were kindof good), but I decided that I should count my blessings that the imms took notice of the cheaters, and not press my luck. For not having a description, you get sent to the description room. For cheating, you get warned, slain, denied, sitebanned, etc, not necessarily in that order. I suspect they went to the desc room, and eventually got out. So, now they will just have nice descriptions when they kill people.
I don't really have an answer to most of what you said, I am assuming you are just venting. But, I also don't see the connection between not having a description and being considered a cheater.
