Been said before, but maybe you didn't see the CF forum. Disease had some problems when it was brought about, now it works fine.

Interesting.

My group was unhappy (each one of us) ... We ate, drank, then slept, and within two or three hours we became comfortable. We began gaining experience again and were happy as clams, each one of us.

I liked my little experience there, and it helped my roleplay. If it gets fined tuned (and it will) it will be fine - given past implementations.
