Ok here what I got:
I have tested it several weeks ago.
I have evil conjurer with raven which can see hidden.
I ordered raven to do 'where Shyntlara' (dark elf with perma_sneak)
and it could not find her although I could see her sitting in Transmuter's guild.
Also I tried it on some hidden mobs and raven was able to locate them. But it was not able to see elves or drows even if they were visable.

My conclusion was at that time : Raven's sight was same as PC's. It might be able to see hidden creatures but not sneaking with 'where person'.
