Unfortunatly there are probably many affects, but as you said before, no affects are showen.

It is either lack of code in finishing the skill, or the imms want others to not know the affects.
Tho over time as the information leaks out through use by many players it wont make a difference.

You might get lucky with someone posting the affects. Just dont count on it to much, Im still waiting to discover the Ubber bs affects of 4 TD skills.
