Well, I have had a Half-Elven Paladin and they should be similar. Their (elves) weakness is their low strength, low health, weakness to iron, and experiance. However they have a High Intelligence, which makes for easier learning all those Thousands of skills Paladins have. It will also get you a few extra trains, where as a Storm you might be takin some of your trains and making them practices. They get 3 practices a level or they should be verusus the Storm only getting 2. They also have a higher wisdom which I THINK gets divine classes more mana per level and makes their supplications more effective. Also with a 23 Dex they should have a better AC and also have a better chance of hitting those with Dodge (I think Dodge is based on Dex vs Dex). They also have infravision where Storms do not. The Move Silently ablity can save your butt or allow you for Surpise attacks (great on those evil people not paying attention). And finally they have a higher Charisma (21). From the sounds of things, that Charisma might help more in Morale effects, not to mention I think it helps resist Bard Songs more. Now all this is just MY OPINION, so it might not be something entirely to rely on since I don't know the code and all that Yadda Yadda. But hope this helps some.
