SO..

How about making a place on your webpage, where you log every time a change is made in the code with a small description of what was changed and why.

Then there could be a field that said "what level do you have to be to read this change-log entry", so some things could be kept secret from the players and lower imms.

It's been a semi-common thing used in project management on the software projects I've been involved in.
