I have an assassin and for several hours my mule kick was stuck at 87%. Finally I learned from a mistake and improved. Shortly after I went to my guild and looked at my skills and mule kick had jumped from 87% to 90% with that one improvement. Does this normally happen or is it a bug? I am not complaining mind you. *grins evilly*

Follow Ups:

Improving gives you 1% all the time. Learning from your mistakes gives you 1%-3%. Obviously, it's usually best to learn from your mistakes. (That's a hint to anyone who can figure out how to make use of it.) n/t Macheath(VIP) 20:31:13 12/9/2000 (1)
