If my tracert is having times upwards of 2000ms, and the final hop/hops are always just timing out...why am I/how am I getting the "Connected to..." message.

I thought that if the tracert was a "time-out" then you could not connect at all. Is this a problem at my end, and Cf's end, or in the middle somewhere.
