Frankly I am beginning to get sick of the VIP's and IMM's being attacked, bitched at, as a result of morale, or people trying to give away information about the game that in the Forum Rules is clearly disallowed. Not only did you spoil the informations about the "you know what", but frankly if you would stop bitching and give the Imm's time to do their magic, you might actually like what you see. You seem to forget that the VIP's and IMM's aren't payed to do this, they have boyfriends/girlfriends or husbands/wives, jobs, etc., and they do this as a *free* service for the players' enjoyment.
If you have a problem, don't restate it 30 times, don't go giving away quest info or info about upcoming changes to make us think you are elite or what have you, and obey the rules. Everytime I see the VIP's or IMM's feeling as if they have to defend deleting certain threads or changes in the game, it makes me ill to think that I barely have time to play CF, let alone do what they do. So for once just be grateful, say thank you and Merry Christmas. Lord knows that some of these people of whom I'm talking about don't make any contributions to the game and are the ones most advocative about bitching about the game, so if you don't like it, you can very well take your selfish ungratefull ass to another MUD and leave the rest of us here to enjoy the game, you won't be missed. If you want to give the Imm's incentive to make the game the best they can, post helpful suggestions, or email them with ideas or such, don't rant about how trust killed your character, now that it's been reported, I'm sure they are busy working on it, give them time and space and a little "thanks for trying to make the game more fun", and I'm sure we'll all have a better experience.
And for some of you who don't know this, and these people know who they are, CF is not just a PK and make yourself look "cool" game, it's about roleplay, imagery and a fantasy world. It's about enjoying your character and using the game as a fun past-time to let your mind become creative with your character and stay active and competitive. It's a great place to interact with people, get into your character, and have some fun. Some people have lost sight of that and take it for granted. The Imm's could just "shut it off" one day, don't forget that, and don't think they owe you a goddamn thing.
Everybody have a Merry Christmas and a
good time in the game, and try to be
a bit kinder, especially this time of
year.
