Race is not the only defining factor in determining a character's lifespan. Also a factor is your class, and a tiny bit of randomness. Also, being the recipient of certain spells may shorten your life.

After all the adjustments, everybody lives somewhere around 400-600 hours. Cabal leaders are the exception, as they age slower. Its rather pointless to say that you can expect classes to live to be a certain age, like 500 years because I am pretty certain all races do not age at the same pace*. Hours are the only sure measure.

Now, in my opinion, such things aren't given out because its not a big deal. Maybe 1 character out of 10,000 rolled up will ever die of old age. Its just not something that you need to be concerned about, or that has any realistic impact on how the game is played.

If you want to live longer, you need to become an immortal, a cabal leader, or a lich. Almost everybody else will almost certainly autodelete or die off long before they get anywhere near dying from old age.

*to the best of my knowledge, races age at different rates. If anybody in the know wants to comment on it, I'd be glad to hear about it.
