Imagine a character like that being able to give their groupmates some minor bonuses due to inspiration in game mechanics as well as in a RP sense. Imagine being able to give out a quest skill that allowed a character to, rather than beat all ass (as the saying goes), inspire other characters with rousing speeches like before the first big battle scene in Braveheart. I don't even know all what could or couldn't be done well with morale yet -- it's possibilities waiting to happen and I'm certainly willing to entertain ideas on it.
